Yes! All new users get 3 free uploads to test the tool and see how it fits their workflow.
It’s great for general item identification and speeds up the process dramatically, but you’ll always have the final say before publishing. Future versions will improve accuracy and include more customisation.
Absolutely. We don’t store any personally indentifiable information, all your data is protected and secured by the password you create, and your product listings are private until you choose to publish or export them.
Just click the + Add Product button in the top right corner and choose an existing photo(s) or snap new ones. Please ensure the image corresponds with the following formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF up to 10MB each.
When you transfer photos from your iPhone to your Mac, they’re saved in HEIC format, which our system doesn’t accept. As a result, if you choose a HEIC image and click “Upload Product”, the model generates metadata but can’t complete processing. However, photos shot directly on LocalVerse Lens within your iPhone browser upload correctly. To avoid errors, convert any images you want to upload on your Mac to JPEG before uploading.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then click "Plan & usage", and it will prompt you with our monthly subscription options which provide various product upload bundles.

You can view the result just below the large image of your product. This is ideal for producing e-commerce ready images!
Unfortunately, adding product variants is unavailable in LocalVerse Lens v2. However, they are still quick and easy to add manually within Shopify and eBay!
Simply hover over the product you want to delete in the "Product Catalog" and click the "Delete" button. You will then be asked if you are sure you want to delete the selected product and if so, you can confirm.
