We have taken the perfect combination of plump, juicy blackcurrants and sharp, tangy apples and sandwiched it between our buttery flapjack base. We have then finished this deliciously fruity and moist flapjack with a generous yoghurt topping and blackcurrant swirl for decoration. This award-winning flapjack is the perfect indulgent treat, and with gift wrapping available, this would also be a wonderful gift for any flapjack fan.
