Traditionally made in Batch Farm, East Pennard, south of Shepton Mallet, Somerset for the last 50 years by Fred Gould and his sister Jean Turner. Milk produced from their own Friesian cows. Aged for around 24 months, it has developed a very strong unique flavour with a powerful bite, it’s not for the faint hearted.
