Spell Bound: Exploring the world of Witchcraft and the Occult through Vintage Paperbacks is an already legendary compendium that takes the reader on a voyage into the realms of witchcraft and the occult through the imaginative and often exploitative cover art of vintage paperback horror books.

Culled from a personal library, the lurid and often OTT design of these paperbacks was fired by an explosion of interest in the occult during the 1970s and clearly marketed at the average shopper as much as, if not more, than regular bookshop browsers.

Spell Bound is published by Bibliomancers,  a Los Angeles-based small press formed in 2023 by occult collage, and new media artists Astraleyes and Speedgallery 666. This is the third printing of a smash hit.
